Deposit & Payment info
All adoptions and deposits are final, No money will be given back. A deposit on sale (non -refundable) will need to be made to reserve the pup/pig of your choice. If you have already purchased a pig/pup from me and afterwards you change your mind and no longer wish to receive the pig/pup no money will be refunded, We will re-home the pet for you.
****In the event that a puppy/pig is not available, you do NOT lose your deposit, but rather it is held for the next litter. There are times we cannot help what mother nature chooses to do, this is out of our hands. In the case you have a deposit on a liter that due to unfortunate circumstances that is out of our control, your deposit will be held to the next liter or you can put it toward another liter of your choice, if we have one available of your liking. This is for you to know before putting a deposit down.
*Remember you must spay/nuter your pet.

I ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL. (THERE IS A 3.7% PAYPAL FEE WHEN CREDIT CARD IS USED) THERE IS A BUY IT NOW BUTTON UNDER THE PUPPIES.
RESERVING A PET:
If you would like to reserve one of our babies viewed on this website, We require a non-refundable deposit to hold the animal or if you would like to reserve a future pet. Keep in mind we can not guarantee eye color, COAT TYPE OR SHEDDING and are limited on guaranteeing colors or patterns (there are a few exceptions like our spotted pigs) The deposit can be done with credit card (visa, discover, m/c & amex ) through Paypal, WHICH IS ON EACH PAGE OF ANIMALS.
* on any credit card used there is a 3.7% fee to cover the paypal fee charged to me.
DEPOSITS or PAID IN FULL ARE NON REFUNDABLE!

ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE OR ANYOTHER DAY!!.
If for any reason you are unable to keep an animal that has been purchased from us, we can take the animal back within the first 2 weeks after purchase, however there are no refunds on returned pets.
For any reason you need to return pet, and it is later than 2 weeks please contact us and if we can't take the animal back we will try to help you find an appropriate forever home.
WHAT IS OUR VISITOR POLICY?
We are dedicated to raising the healthiest puppy possible for your family. For this reason, we have necessary policies in place for visitors. Parvo is an opportunistic and fatal disease that can infect a puppy in a matter of 24 hrs. It is shed by infected dogs and can live for months on hard surfaces and grass, and on your shoes. It is not a disease that affects humans therefore it would be difficult to know whether a member of one of our visiting families was a carrier. This is simply a risk we will not take with your puppy-to-be. For this reason...we will not allow any visitors who do not have a vested interest in the litter. We only extend visitation privileges to families who have placed a deposit and are selecting and/or picking up their puppy in person. Thank you for your understanding.
We reserve the right to withhold any puppy for our breeding program. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy when circumstances indicate it is not in the best interest of the puppy.
****2 IMPORTANT THINGS-
1- DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE YOUR NEW PUPPY WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM RECEIVING TO A LICENSED VETERINARIAN FOR A "PUPPY EXAMINATION" A COPY OF THE VISIT MUST BE EMAILED TO ME BY DAY 3. IF PUPPY IS NOT EXAMINED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME AND A COPY OF VISIT EMAILED TO ME, ANY GUARANTEE IS NULL AND VOID, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If vitamins have not been ordered by day 7 after picking up your pet, all warranty is void. These should be already at your home when you bring your new baby home.
