BRADYS BULLY’S WARRANTY
Bradys Bully’s (hereinafter referred to as "Breeder") hereby certifies that this puppy has been
dewormed and properly vaccinated to date. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser(s) to
see that these vaccinations are kept up to date. This is a Mutual Promises to Produce &
Maintain Health & Vitality between breeder and the new buyer. Buyer understands that the puppy
will need boosters of the initial vaccinations until the "puppy series" is completed, and then once
annually thereafter. If the puppy is not kept up to date on necessary vaccinations this contract is
void. The buyer is hereby informed that, until the “puppy series” of vaccinations are completed,
the puppy may not have immunity to many potentially life threatening diseases. The buyer is
advised not to bring the puppy into communal areas (such as pet stores, parks, puppy training classes,
etc.) until vaccination series are completed and/or with a veterinarian’s consent. The buyer has been
provided with a copy of puppy’s medical history and hereby agrees to have the puppy examined, at
buyer’s expense, by a licensed veterinarian within 2 days from the date buyer assumes physical
custody of the puppy. If the puppy is not seen within 2 days by a licensed veterinarian and proof
sent to [email protected] via email, this contract is void ,no excuses unless in agreement
with breeder. If any medical/puppy health problems occur Breeder requires written proof that the
puppy was originally seen within 2 days. _______(Initial)
*Breeder guarantees the puppy to be free of any life threatening congenital defects for one year from
the puppy's date of birth. If upon examination by a licensed veterinarian, the puppy is found to have
a life threatening health defect have your veterinarian document this condition with a written, signed
statement clearly stating the symptoms, exact problem, severity, and any tests that has been done.
The buyer will then notify the Breeder of the situation within 2 days. In the unfortunate event this occurs
The Breeder will replace the puppy with another of equal value, temperament, and size and the
affected puppy will be returned to the Breeder where he/she can receive adequate medical care and
attention. If there is no acceptable puppy available to replace the sick puppy, as it must be understood
that the Breeder does not have litters available at all times, it is agreeable under these
conditions to issue a contract agreeing to give the Buyer the right to first choice selection of a puppy
from a future litter. Buyer may, however, choose to keep the puppy and accept all responsibilities,
with the buyer understanding that no refunds will be given. Breeder also reserves the right to have
the Breeder's veterinarian evaluate the condition following the receipt of the animal before any
replacement and/or donation is made to the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs
to return the puppy and Breeder is not responsible for any veterinary expenses related to the
certification that the animal is unfit or otherwise (except in the case of veterinary expenses incurred
after the puppy is returned to Breeder). Purchaser agrees that if any legal action needs to be taken
that all legal fees will be Purchaser's responsibility for both parties and it will be held in the
seller's current state and county of residence. Disputes will be settled between Seller and Purchaser
only and privately and will not be aired in a public forum in any matter including Yahoo Group lists,
FaceBook, Instagram, Google or any other media._______(Initial)
If a puppy is to be returned the puppy must be accompanied by a written statement from a licensed
veterinarian indicating that all shots are up to date, the puppy/dog has had a negative fecal within
30 days, the puppy/dog has had a negative heart worm test or has been on preventative medication,
and that the puppy/dog appears to have been well cared for. This is to ensure the safety of our other
dogs and puppies. If this is impossible arrangements must be made to have the puppy brought
directly to the Breeder's veterinarian to have these health clearances at the Seller's expense,
otherwise the puppy may be returned to the Breeder with no expectation of a replacement or refund.
*If the puppy dies within one year from the date of birth a necropsy must be performed to determine if
the reason was genetic, congenital, or due to other causes. This information is invaluable, both to
the Breeder and the Buyer. The Buyer will be responsible for any charges and in no way is the
Breeder responsible for payment of this exam or any other medical bills. (Some veterinarians will
perform a necropsy free of charge). The Buyer is encouraged to work together with the Breeder to
locate an acceptable veterinarian. In the awful, unlikely event that the puppy dies within one year of
purchase date and a necropsy shows that the result was an undiagnosed congenital or genetic
defect the Buyer will be entitled to select any new puppy. Buyer understands that the following slight
congenital defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not
covered by this guarantee: umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia ,intestinal parasites ( however we worm on
a regular basis, they can still slip by), cherry eye, undescended testes, underbite or overbite,
grade 1-2 heart murmur and grade 1 or 2 patella, This guarantee also does not cover hypoglycemia,
coccidiosis, kennel cough, bronchitis, any upper respiratory infection, giardia, mites,(mites of any kind),
ticks, ringworm or ear infections once the puppy has left the Breeder hands due to the fact that these
conditions can be easily picked up during travel, in the puppy’s new home or yard, or as a result of
stress, improper handling, and/or inattentive/inexperienced caregiver(s).The Breeder does guarantee
the puppy to be free from any major physical infestation or infection upon adoption.Upon adoption
buyer agrees to physically inspect puppy in presence of seller to
address any concerns the buyer may have with the puppy physically._______(Initial)
*There is no way to predict how a puppy will deal with the change of a new home and its owners. It is
the responsibility of the Buyer to carefully and slowly transition the puppy to any change in diet and to
provide the most stress free transition to their new living environment and ownership as possible.
Internal parasites, including various intestinal worms, coccidia, and giardia are a common cause of
problems in all breeds of young puppies. Even though your puppy has been dewormed before you
adopted him/her, please understand that puppy wormers are only effective against adult worms and
do not kill larva that can be easily picked up by your puppy. Young puppies need frequent deworming
to protect them as they develop. It is the responsibility of the buyer(s) to continue any necessary
deworming of their puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian._______(Initial)
*The Breeder assumes no responsibility of puppy after the puppy leaves the seller's premises or
agreed on meeting location, for any medical expenses, disease, mortality unrelated to breeding
practices, landlord or spouse disapproval, allergies, no guarantee or
refund/exchange can be made based on allergies or shed level), shedding, personality, training.
Buyer understands the size of the puppy at maturity cannot be guaranteed. Buyer also
understands that the sellers prediction of adult weight, coat type and height are estimates only,
and we are not responsible of any of these, disagreement of family members, or any other
reasons not relating to health, and no refunds will be given. However should the Buyer wish to
return the puppy for any reason he/she may do so, understanding that no refund
will be given. Under no circumstances is the Breeder responsible for any veterinarian bills or shipping
expenses incurred with the puppy after time of sale. In the case of any legal dispute between
parties the buyer is responsible for any and all legal fees incurred on the part of the buyer.
Buyer agrees that all legal disputes shall be conducted in the home state and county of Bradys Bully’s
the Breeder, at the time the dispute requires legal resolution. Furthermore the Buyer and
Breeder both agree to attempt to mediate and resolve any unfortunate conflict with a mutually
agreeable compromise and utilize courts as a last resort in an effort to prevent unnecessary
expenses and unhappiness on the part of the Buyer. The Buyer should be aware that the
satisfaction of all buyers is of utmost importance to the Breeder and conflict resolution is always a
better alternative in these sometimes unavoidable and unfortunate circumstances._______(Initial)
*The Buyer understands that he/she/they may contact the Breeder for advice or guidance at any time
during the puppy’s lifetime or during ownership of any other dog obtained from any other location.
Seller is available for any questions or behavioral concerns the Buyer might ever have.
The Buyer may, at any point, call and email or otherwise contact the seller, and is also
urged to maintain a relationship with a trusted and knowledgeable veterinarian for the lifetime of any
pet ownership. Buyer understands that as puppies are small animals they can be overwhelmed by
illnesses extremely quickly, and therefore should be rushed to a veterinarian at the first
sign of illness._______(Initial)
*Shipping puppy: New buyer is aware when shipping ( airline or ground shipping) animals ,the pet can
pick up a virus or disease from another animal being shipped. Buyer takes all responsibility for
any illness the pet may come in contact from being shipped. Breeder will have the puppy checked
within the time allowed by a licensed vet before shipping. Puppy will not ship unless the licensed vet
approves and finds the puppy to be in good health. Breeder is not responsible for any illness due to
shipping such as kennel cough, bronchitic, shipping pneumonia, or any respiratory illness. These are
all common when shipping and after the puppy leaves my hands, breeder is not responsible for the
method you chose to receive your puppy.I cannot control what other people put on a plane or even
where a ground shipper takes the dog to potty, that can affect the health of my puppy. Buyer agrees
to these terms before any method of shipping the puppy is sent._______(Initial)
*Purchasing an older puppy or retired breeder. Breeders warranty is only for the first 12 months of a
puppies life.(Not 12 months after you acquire the dog) After 12 months of age, the buyer resumes
all responsibility for the dog. However, the breeder is to be sure the pet has been wormed and up
to date on shots. All stated not covered applies to this as well. you will need to have your pet
spay/neutered within 2 months of receiving the pet, if it is older then 6 months of age, unless
purchased for breeding..Send a copy of proof to my email [email protected] ._______(Initial)
*Buyers Promise: Buyer agrees to read all puppy health materials provided by seller via this contract,
prior to adoption date and will purchase the Nuvet Vitamins before buyer receives puppy or will do so
within 1 week upon puppy pick up. Buyer agrees to provide adequate care and love for their new
