FEEDING SCHEDULE
NOTE- I LEAVE FOOD/WATER OUT ALL DAY FOR PUPPIES. I FEEL THAT A GROWING PUPPY NEEDS TO EAT/DRINK WHENEVER THEY HAVE THE NEED. I TAKE FOOD UP AROUND 5:30 AND WATER AROUND 7:30 THIS HELPS THEM NOT HAVE TO POTTY THRU THE NIGHT. HOWEVER, I UNDERSTAND IF THIS IS SOMETHING YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO AND YOU WILL NEED TO FEED THEM 3X A DAY.
*** This next part is very important to me that you follow until your puppy has completed all rounds of shots.
Everyday, I give a big tbs of 100% pure canned pumpkin mixed with a tbs of cottage cheese, a tbs of natural “plain” yogurt (greek is fine). depending on puppy size, you can add more of this mixture if you want to) ….During vaccinations and getting wormed, it is a lot on their little digestive system and I find this method keeps puppy poop good and healthy ( not runny) and their bellies happier. Your baby already takes this daily and loves it. You will have a happier baby by doing this mix because it makes them feel better and they will thank you for it. You can follow this method for your puppies life if you wish, it is so healthy for them !!!
