RESERVING A PUPPY
To reserve a puppy that is available or to reserve a spot on an upcoming litter, a deposit is required. If you have any questions that need answered prior to placing a deposit, please Email ( [email protected]).
Once your deposit is placed, it is required to fill out our “Adoption Application” so we have all the information we need to walk you through the adoption and selection process. You will not be placed on the list until your deposit is received.
Once pup is reserved payment must be paid in full by 6 weeks of age. If we need to hold a pup for you after 8 weeks of age, pup must be paid in full by the time the pup is 8 weeks old.
To make a deposit via PayPal, enter the name of the puppy or the upcoming litter at the bottom of the page and click “Pay Now”. A 3% PayPal fee will be added when using PayPal. You may also send your deposit by Venmo Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you do not get the puppy you desire from a specific litter or if one of our dams does not produce a litter, your deposit will then transfer to the next litter of your choice.

****In the event that a puppy is not available, you do NOT lose your deposit, but rather it is held for the next litter. There are times we cannot help what mother nature chooses to do, this is out of our hands. In the case you have a deposit on a liter that due to unfortunate circumstances that is out of our control, your deposit will be held to the next liter or you can put it toward another liter of your choice, if we have one available of your liking. This is for you to know before putting a deposit down. Keep in mind we can not guarantee eye color, COAT TYPE OR SHEDDING and are limited on guaranteeing colors or patterns
**IF A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE AND WE LEARN YOU ARE A BREEDER OR PLANNING ON BREEDING, WE HAVE THE RIGHT FOR NON REFUSAL AND YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PURCHASE FROM US. WE HAVE A STRICT SPAY/NUTER POLICY. IF THIS IS POLICY DOSEN'T MEET YOU NEEDS AND YOU DID NOT SPECIFY UP FRONT WHEN PLACING YOUR DEPOSIT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND NO DEPOSIT WILL BE GIVEN BACK. PAYMENT
Final Payment: Your final invoice will be sent two weeks prior to your puppy’s go home date. . *** Tennessee State Sales Tax will be added to your final invoice.

For ALL puppies traveling out of state, a $40 Interstate Health Certificate is required by law and this will also be added to your final invoice. You may make your final payment by Venmo.

Reserve List Customers Only: Puppy selection is scheduled when the puppies are between 3-4 weeks old( Unless otherwise noted) . We will notify you when we set the exact date and also post the date. We start at the top of the reserve list and contact you when it’s your turn. When making a reserve, please include your name and phone number so we have it on file for selection day. And please keep your phone handy on selection day, if we can not reach you, you may lose your place, as there will be several excited people ready to pick their puppies! When you are making your selection, you may let me know your favorite pups in advance and we can take additional photos to compare your favorites.
When Selection Day starts, each family is given one hour to make their decision. If you would like to select your puppy in person, please contact me at least 2 weeks ahead of Selection day and we can make those arrangements. Please review all photos of the litter in advance to narrow down your options ahead of time so that on Selection day, this will make it easier on you and everyone else.

REMEMBER
1- DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE YOUR NEW PUPPY WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM RECEIVING TO A LICENSED VETERINARIAN FOR A "PUPPY EXAMINATION" A COPY OF THE VISIT MUST BE EMAILED OR TEXT TO ME BY DAY 3. IF PUPPY IS NOT EXAMINED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME AND A COPY OF VISIT EMAILED OR TEXT TO ME, ANY GUARANTEE IS NULL AND VOID, NO EXCEPTIONS.
( VET VISIT FOR YOUR PUPPY SHOULD BE MADE IN ADVANCE BEFORE YOUR PUPPY COMES TO YOUR HOME).
*IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE ADOPTED A PUP FROM US AT THE LAST MINUTE, WE WILL GIVE YOU, "IF STATED BY PIGSNPOODLES", A 7 DAY TIME FRAME, THIS SHOULD BE PLENTY OF TIME TO VISIT A VET FOR A PUPPY CHECK UP. IF PUP HAS NOT SEEN VET WITHIN 7 DAYS & A RECEIPT OF VISIT EMAILED OR TEXT TO PIGSNPOODLES, ALL WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!!!

* remember without ordering the Nuvet vitamins & using my # 50004 no warranty/guarantee is given.If vitamins have not been ordered by day 7 after picking up your pet, all warranty is void. These should be already at your home when you bring your new baby home.
3- Do not forget to order your recommended food from our webpage and have it at home and ready for your new puppies arrival. If the recommended food is not ordered the warranty is null and void.
( this is for your puppies best interest, changing to another food can cause to much stomach upset and lead to a very sick and unhappy puppy)
